The only advice I can offer is generic, since pulling my fridge is the last thing I would want to do in my A-frame.
Did you have the fridge all the way out or just part way? If you had it all the way out, I would pull it back out again, and start over after carefully checking for any obstructions - from all 5 sides of the box.
Given the flimsiness of the fridge cabinet and the fact that you were working on the stove, I would look first at an obstruction from the top. A trim or frame piece might have partially fallen down. There may be a strip on the floor that got "moved" when you pulled the fridge forward.
Also, Rockwood MIGHT have installed some insulation on top of the fridge that is now hanging down. According to Dometic, sides and top of the containing box all supposed to be insulated during installation. I crammed some fiberglass insulation into the voids on the sides and then sealed with duct tape on my installation. Take a very careful look from the back at what might stopping your fridge from sliding into place.
Finally, the stuff in the back in the back of the fridge, including the baffles, wires, plumbing, fridge condensate drain, etc, may have shifted with pulling the fridge forward. Again, remove the vent covers and take a careful look at the back. Most likely to happen, and least likely to notice would be something at the top of the fridge, like the cooling fins.
I'm sure you have already done most of this, but it's the best I have at the moment. The stuff around the fridge just isn't mounted all that securely, so I'm guessing something moved when you pulled the fridge out. Or remounting the stove created a new obstruction.
