need roof torsion bars

Thanks for any information in advance. I have a 2015 FR a128s with the same problem as others have posted,, worn out torsion bars that raise the roof. What is the proper name for this part? I need four of them. what I've done so far is contact my closest authorized dealer which is Lloyd Bridges in Chelsea, Michigan. Have not heard back from them. TY!

Finished the torsion bar replacement today, with the help of my 6'6" son who held the roof panels up while I did the replacement. That info about Kathy Swopes was priceless!
