our first change in preparation ............

Good day all!!

We have been slowly getting ready for the coming season, buying this and buying that and planning everything out. We realized that we just don't need that big table in the way. So .... this weekend I did my first change up.

Built a storage space between the ends of the benches. Then, took the bed cover and made a bench pillow out of it along with two throw pillows. Also, i had purchased a set of chains for my tractor and those came in nice canvas bags, so they also made nice pillows. All pillows are 4" memory foam.

I put the loop velcro under the ends of the storage so they attache to the lugs that are there and the unit will not move. Reason for using the bed cover is because the way the pillows match the curtains and everything is still coordinated.

The dogs thought it was great!

Now I just have to finish the rest of my plans......

Mod's

Very nice! The dogs do seem to like it. Does this mean you sleep in the truck? Or---is there more space to sleep in there??

I always love to see other campers who also make the dogs' comfort a priority! Nice work.

What do you use as a table if you need it?

we are either going to get two TV trays (if we can find some to fit our theme) or get a wooden roll-up table and size it to fit right. Which ever we get, it will be collapsible so that it is out of the way except when we are using it.
