The A-frame is now listed in the Forest River classified ads.
I have enjoyed the A122 greatly, and made it quite a good working
partner camper. I actually think of the CoolCat as a friend.
But, into senior citizen maturity, we found a camper more accommodating
to us, and miraculously bought a used Trailmanor. Still a popup...
I had the mindset that we would keep the A122 for another few years, and
I added the gas struts that work great to raise the camper roof panels.
That is sort of like getting around the major obstacle of the A-frame.
I also added a 100w solar panel next to the existing 15w panel, with intent
to camp in tent sites, which are usually more vacant in campgrounds.
The ad can be seen in the FR classified section, and I am requesting contact
info for anyone interested. I have received many scammer inquiries from
another ad, until requesting the contact info.
The camper is clean, as usual, and everything works good. There are some
extras not shown, such as two tool boxes on the rear, a rear cargo rack for a
generator(welded bumper supports), potti under the seat, and led panel light.
