Please help! A122s hardside pop up with corner gaps

my wife and I just purchased a brand new 2021 rockwood a122s hardside pop up. There are two gaps in the top corners. The dealership is saying that is the way they are made. Please review the pics and let me know if anyone else with the same model has these gaps. Thank you very much!

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I can't help with this question but there is a large group of popup owners on the forum who should be able to help you out.

By the way that the roof sections go together, there is always going to be some light coming in. The only time that we've experienced any leakage is when I have been washing the camper while setup and by spraying the hose up toward the peak from the back of the unit and then we only get a little bit of water entry. Spraying up toward the peak from the front doesn't permit water entry unless you have the roof vent open. I put a "MaxxAir cowling over the vent to prevent any rain from entering thru the vent, while open, in a rain storm. The only draw back to this setup is that you have to turn the cowling around before towing so the cowling will be aerodynamic while driving.

Pop Up Corners

I don't have that space. I'm assuming it is where the front and back roof comes together at the top. When you get the front and the back up, do you give the back roof a little shove? When the dealership was explaining my trailer, Rockwood 214HW, the person told me to remember to give the back roof a little shove up to make sure the roof pieces "connect". When it is time to take everything down, "pull" down the back roof piece just a little and it sort of takes it out of place.

I hope that helps a little.

Happy travels.

We can see light through ours as well. Haven’t had to deal with rain yet but doesn’t look like it would be an issue unless the rain was pushed by high winds in just the right direction.
