Screen removal

Have a simple question. How do you remove the kitchen side screen from its track to repair a tear? Don't want to bend damage the track getting it the screen and its frame out?
Thanks.

Mine is in a plastic track, (top and Bottom) , I just forced the top edge up some and the screen pop out. It is hard to put back in.
I get a hole in the screen when traveling, from the screen hitting the top of the sink faucet. We now travel with towels over the faucet and it has stop.
This is for an A-Frame.
