T12SC Seized door hinge

I moved this winter and had no choice but to tow the camper on salted roads. Now one of the hinges on the door (lower hinge on the lower half) is pretty much seized up, I assume from saltwater corrosion. Tried dousing it in WD40 and working it back and forth. That helped a tiny bit, but it still takes a great amount of force to make it move and will likely fail due to stress crack before it frees up. Before I try any brute force methods on it, does anybody know (a) where can I buy a replacement and (b) can the pin be removed? There is a head on both ends of the pin, so either one would have to be filed off to punch it out, or it's actually two pins and one would have to be pulled.

Thanks!

Try Pouring some regular coke over it. Liquid Graphite might work after you give the coke a chance to eat some of the corrosion. If worse comes to worse I'd just file the top off and punch the pin out. Then maybe a SS nail that fits. Good luck.

WD40 is ok but Kroil is much better. I think it's based on peppermint oil which is one of the best penetrants ever. Squirt liberally and let it set over night.

The hinge is seized beyond any help from penetrating oils. Replacements are pretty reasonably priced at Lippert Components Inc. Not worth the bother to fight with it, 2 new hinges on the way.
