I have a 2016 Viking V12RBST A frame that take two people to open. I thought the torsin bar or springs what ever it is are bad as there is no spring what so ever to the roof panels.
I have taken it to 2 different service centers. The first one said you cannot even get replacement springs anymore and if you do it's over $2500 if you find them. I took it to a second service center and said the same thing but said my problem is that my roof (both) are water logged and need replaced at the cost of $6,000.
Anyone have any idea who and how to contact at Forest River who can help me out here?
Have you tried contacting Coachmen since Viking is one of their divisions.
