With your very nice A-frame, using propane for the frig, power for a water pump, and LED lights at night, your single battery should last you 3 or more days, provided you turn OFF everything not necessary at the time. This takes some personal training.

I like to keep things simple and light.

My TT experience says that for your vary occasional boon docking, don't buy ANYTHNG for power until you identify a need. No solar. No gas generator. No extra batteries.

If you are out long enough that your battery runs down, connect to your tow vehicle with the engine running. You can idle a long time on very little gas for that emergency situation. When (If?) this happens, then consider what type of additional power source you need.

The least expensive will be a second, fully charged battery that you carry in the back of your tow vehicle. Primary battery is low? Swap out batteries.

Next least expensive will be a solar panel. I use a Zamp 130 Watt suitcase panel, but there are lots of less expensive options available. You can probably get by with an 80W or 100W solar panel. Just be sure to get one with a controller on it. you don't want to over charge your battery.

The next and most expensive (and the most trouble) is a gas powered electric generator. I carry the Honda EU22000i (50#) plus a 5 gallon can of gasoline (40#). I need this minimum generator to also run my AC. Without an AC, you can get by with a much smaller generator.
