What are these valves?

I just purchased a previously owned 2014 Rockwood A122S camper. These valves are under the sink. What are they for?

They appear to be drain valves for the hot/cold water. They also look like you pull up on the T handle to open and push down to close. I had these on an A122s i had before.

Look like low point drains to me. Use them to drain water from hot (red) and cold (blue) lines. Good for you having valves inside. I have to crawl under my 5th wheel to open mine!

Thanks. Makes sense. Being a Florida native-- I don't have much experience with winterizing things. [emoji6]
