Winterize Kit for A Frame?
We just bought a 2019 Flagstaff T21DMHW and are trying to figure out a plan to winterize it soon. Just curious if there is a specific kit I should buy to make the process easier? First time owning a camper of any kind. Thanks

There's no such thing as a winterizing kit specifically for A-frame trailers.
A basic winterizing kit will be sufficient.

Really, the only things needed are:
Screwdrivers to expose water heater bypass if it is behind a screwed-on door or panel.
Wrench to drain water heater unless it is an on-demand unit. Suburbans take a
Some Teflon tape to use when putting the plug back in the water heater.
1-1/16 socket wrench.
2 gallons of RV antifreeze (not automotive antifreeze).

I have a 2019 A213HW. Outside below the water tank there is a valve, above the valve where you can drain the water tank, where you can hook up a hose to it and turn the valve to use the water pump to suck RV antifreeze into your system.
If that is a pain to do, you can buy the following kit to add RV antifreeze to your system from inside your A-Frame: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006JJ588...t_details&th=1
Near the bottom of the ad there are a couple of videos showing how to install the kit

If you have a compressor, you pretty much only need this: https://www.amazon.com/Vibrant-Yard-...81&sr=8-5&th=1

I've never seen that, anywhere on the Forum. Can you link those posts you're referring to or FR's statements?
The plumbing is no different than other types of RVs.

Sorry Dan, can't help you with your request for validation. It was a year ago I picked up what I said when researching winterizing for my A-Frame. I vaguely remember the issue with using compressed air for winterization is it was not compatible with some of the water lines in my type of trailer for winterizing. Nevertheless, winterizing my trailer is pretty easy to do, similar to the video that was posted earlier.

If your plumbing can withstand 40 psi of water pressure, it can withstand 40 psi air pressure. I am not aware of any Forest River products that have any plumbing subpar compared to others.
