Frigidaire Convection Microwave_Failure

Has anyone else experienced issues with their Frigidaire Convection Microwave?
Our unit suddenly quit while it was operating. The Control Panel has gone blank (No Lights on) and when I open the door the turn table rotates very slowly. I have tried to power it off and power it back on but the issue remains.
I had hoped to find a reset on the Control Panel but have not been able to locate one. Looks like I will need to pull the unit out and take it to an Appliance Repair dealer to get the unit repaired.
I have been able to find a circuit board online for these units but I am hesitant to purchase a circuit board for $130 if that is not going got resolve the issue.
If anyone has removed their unit some advice on how to get this thing out would be appreciated.

They are recalled. You are to unplug it as it can self start.

Do you have anymore info on the recall?
If they are recalled are they replacing them with a new model or just repairing the fault?

However, error in the poster's model number, it is FFMV....not CFMV

Darn, after having a Sharp in our Georgetown, I was hoping the Frigidaire would be replaced with one

Took me seven months to stay in one place long enough to get it fixed when it flat stopped working. After two visits the repair guy took it to the store an he said replaced most everything. The numeral two still only works part time. 2013Trilogy 3800

I have spoken to the Extended Warranty Company and have approval to go to an Authorized Frigidaire repair centre for repair. I expect this will be easiest as it will cut out the middle man.
Has anyone received an Official Recall Notice from Frigidaire?
