Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post.
As SeaDog mentions, you have to start with the basics.
Checking/pulling the fuse was good but you need to know if voltage is at and and then flowing through that fuse to the furnace.
Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?
5 minutes with a meter will tell you more than all the guesses we make here.
If you are going to do self diagnostics and repair, you'll need to find a way to access the furnace.
