Aluminum Thread Plate Propane Cover

I have connections with a manufacturing company & a metal supplier.
I am designing a Aluminum Tread Plate, Propane tank Cover.
I do not like that plastic tank cover they gave me when I bought my new trailer a few months back.
I am having an engineer, help design & draft the tank cover w/lid, that will slide over the tanks like the plastic ones.
all the info, I will give out at this time,
But I will be finding out, if I can get the covers, powder coated in colors, or rhino liner coated. the coating would be optional.
this is my first public voicing of this, and since I own a forest river product.
I decided to announce it here first
please be patient, tank is just in a pencil drawing stage.

I built a tank cover out of .062" aluminum diamond plate for our last RV.

I built it with a lexan window that lined up with the changeover regulator so you could see the regulator without having to remove or open the cover.

Unfortunately I don't have pictures. Since we got the fiver it's tanks are enclosed so no need for a new cover.

Morning BAMA,
the people that own the metal company, have had RV's for years, now have a class A.
They were the first I showed my drawing to, with my specs and features
They thought it PdurnG, and they are going to help me
I personally cannot wait to put the 1st prototype, on my trailer and see reactions at a park
