Turn the stove burner on to the light of high setting and immediately start turning the igniter knob on the left. If it doesn't light cut the burner off and wait a few minutes then try to turn the burner on and use a lighter to light the burner. You need to have the range vent on too.
Make sure that the propane is on at the tanks. If you have recently filled the tanks or disconnected the tanks for some reason it will a take and minute or so to get the flow going. If you have filled the tanks then you will want to light a burner on the stove to make sure that you have the flow. Otherwise, water heater, fridge, or furnace may not light until you have purged all of the air out of the system by lighting one of the burners on the stove. How is it going?
Did you get them to light by the advice from above. They have described the lighting process for the stove.

THIS! I usually turn off my gas while the camper is at the house waiting on our next trip. It usually takes a couple of minutes for the gas to get back to the stove (we have a rear kitchen, so the gas has to go 25 feet to the stove). Rather than listen to the igniter snapping, I will use a BBQ lighter until the gas gets there. Once it does, the striker usually works just fine.
