Camp Stove High Pressure To Low

I would like to have my Campstove that uses a 1 lb. bottle work off my low pressure port off my trailer.
There are hose adapters available to convert the stove from 1lb. Bottle to a 20lb. But that is not what i want to do.
If you look at the pictures you will see that the inlet port to the stove is different than the Coleman stove.

There are lots of adapters available for the Coleman stove but not for my OUTBOUND stove.

First thing, does your stove have a built in pressure regulator?

As you may not be aware of, most stoves or other peripheral propane items do do function well when directly connected to the RV low pressure line as they are being double regulated by their own regulator and the rv's. When this happens you will get a low flame issue.

The stoves specifically made to use on a RV low pressure port do not have a regulator built into them and are designed to work off the one from the RV.

I know all that. Now if you look at the pictures the only regulator is the one that is on the stem that attaches to the 1lb. Bottle.
If you read my post again all i want to do is by pass the regulator. Or find an adapter that will directly allow me to use the port on my trailer.

Yes its just like any other for the 1lb bottle.
The issue is the threads on the stove.
Just can't find an adapter to omit the regulator.

I don't know about your Outbound stove but SOME Coleman stoves work off high pressure only. That valve with a knob in your last two photos is NOT a regulator per se as in other LP appliances. Converting these stoves to work off low pressure is futile. You'll only get a tiny flame as the stove needs higher pressure and lots of flow.

This is not a grill folks. Just my 2¢ worth of experience with camp STOVES.

I have a Camp Chef that works wonderfully off the LP port. Just bought an inexpensive hose to replace the regulated hose that it came with.

My old pop up came with a Suburban stove that worked on LP. No mods needed.

There are multiple options.

They do one came with my trailer! But what a piece of work that was!

Sounds interesting if that's not a regulator, how do they regulate the high pressure so the stove works?
I know what your saying but I just don't understand how?

According to the Outbound Parts Catalog the piping pictured with the CGA600 propane bottle connection above is a regulator for Outbound Dual Burner Stoves Models 076-5813-6 & 076-5809-8.

I am not condoning this in any way, but....
A friend of mine modified his coleman (roadtrip...I think) to work off his low pressure connection. He either spun off or cut off the regulator portion, cut off the (correct) end of a quick connect hose, and hose clamped it together. His justification was "its only 1# of pressure and I used 2 hose clamps...what could possibly happen". In his defense, it worked like a charm and has for over 5 seasons so far.

Actually that is what I will probably do except I will make fittings to attach to the low pressure host to my trailer.
I have a lathe and it shouldn't be a big problem.
