So, on the way here we stopped for lunch and ran generator and a/c - CO2 alarm came on???
Shut a/c off and opened door and it went off. Turned a/c back on, finished lunch and drove to our camp spot.
It’s been 80-95 since we got here yesterday about 1:30. Been running a/c non stop since then.
We came in from fishing at about 10:30 (a/c was running while out fishing). And about 20 minutes after getting in MH, CO2 alarm goes off again??? Red light blinking and audible alarm going.
Opened door, shut a/c off and alarm stopped about 1-2 minutes later.
ANY ideas what could be the problem??? We turned a/c back on 30 minutes ago and no problem
Thank you!!!

I’d suspect the generator is producing the CO2 that causes the alarm. The question is how is the CO2 getting from the generator to the interior of your RV. Since the alarm goes off when you turn on the AC, is see two possibilities:
1. The AC is sucking up the fumes and blowing them into your RV.
2. The AC is causing the generator to ramp up to meet the current demand, causing it to spew more CO2. In this case, you would already be getting CO2 into the RV, just not enough to set off the alarm until the generator ramps up.
This is guesswork, but I didn’t see anyone else answering you.
