Curb Side PigTail Replacement

I have a 2006/07 Cardinal model 34TS 5th wheel that has a pigtail that is leaking so I decided to replace all the hoses on the camper. The problem I am having is finding a pigtail to connect he curb side propane bottle to the 3/8" flare fitting that is attached to the 1/2" pipe going over to the roadside and the regulator.

The original issue was the crimp fitting on the roadside was leaking which caused a 30# bottle to empty after two weeks. It seems that no one has a pigtail like the one I removed that will attach to the 3/8" flare. I have found pigtails with the acme nut to either a 1/4" inverted flare or 1/4" MPT fitting but not a 3/8" female flare. I even tried to get a 1/4" female inverted flare to 3/8" female flare fitting but I might as well be looking for a unicorn in the desert.

The attached pictures are of the old pigtail (green acme nut and 3/8" Female flare) and the new braided pigtail (Red acme nut and 1/4" inverted flare). I also included one of the 3/8" male flare on the 1/2 crossover pipe.

Any ideas?
