Question Dynamax Dynaquest 320 propane shutoff valve

Just purchased, I see 2 switchs on outside of propane tank but no mechanical valve to shut off. When at Dealer they could not locate one. Is it that the 2 switches are the main shut down for propane. The 2 switchs are wired to the tank could they be solenoid cut offs. So crazy can't figure out but want to be safe.
Help

Got the propane tank filled this week for first time. The indicator said 1/2 full. The tank took
additional 18 gals. This tells me it is a 38 gal. tank one of my questions. While doing this
the mechanic said the 2 switchs are for propane shut off. Traced the switch's to tank located in rear of Coach very hard to get to. Climbed under which is a tight fit. Also has level gauge
On tank again need to climb under rig to see.
