Gas water heater

Hello. I can't seem how to figure out gas water heater. Tank 1 empty. Switched to tank 2. Knob outsidebturned to tank 2. Gas to stove and freezer gas is working but gas water heater no go. It does not look like any noise coming from outside where pilot is.

I got it but now I cannot delete post. Sorry guys

As a site teamer mentioned in another of your threads, we don't close or delete posts where a correct solution is given. Also, your water heater probably doesn't have a pilot light.
