New Suburban Furnace Making Bad Noises

I have a 2017 Salem 27REIS purchased new at the end of last year. We've been running the Suburban furnace (with a digital Dometic thermostat) with no issues until recently. Recently, upon start up and during a run cycle the furnace makes a horrid "grinding/metalic-like" noise. I'm fairly certain it is the fan but was reaching out to the Forest River community to see if any of you have experienced this noise with a Suburban furnace and if you have any repair/fix suggestions. The noise doesn't occur at every run, but most. At times it occurs only during start up and sometimes only during a run cycle and shut down. I've included a video taken just outside the fresh air intake so you can hear the noise specifically I'm dealing with. Many thanks for any insight!!
