Propane leak

It's said the Lord looks after babies and fools, I have a 100 gallon propane tank beside my camper and the idiots that put LP in the tank didn't make sure the connections were tight. I have somehow lost my sense of smell but I could see the tank gauge was slowly dropping. It had been cold and since I couldn't smell anything I didn't really pay any attention to it. But then it warmed up and it was still dropping, well I found the leak and fixed it but the tank was leaking for almost a month. I had been gril

I hit the wrong button. Anyway I had been using my propane grill not more than 5 or 6 ft from that tank, grilling steaks. I'm kinda slow upstairs and that took awhile to figure out how dangerous that was. That was not bright
