Propane not working on pop up

Hi everyone

Just purchased a 2009 palomino y series. Xannot get the propane to work.

Not sure how the regulator works..do I need to open it somehow? The woman we purchased it from had it winterized by the dealer every winter and then took it to the dealer to get it dewinterized as well. So no help there..so it is currently in winter mode. Need some help

The propane system does not need winterizing and there is no winter mode. 1st thing you need to do is determine if there is propane in the tank. Then if the tank has propane, turn it off. wait an hour or so and then turn it on slowly. This means crack the valve until propane just starts to barely flow. This is about 1/16 turn. wait a minute or more and crack another 1/16 turn. Do this two or three times then open the valve all the way. If the unit had not been used for a while, the propane lines can become unpressurized and if the tank is opened quickly it will trip the open flow prevention valve and stop the propane. Other than this there is nothing else to turn on. Try lighting the stove top first. Be aware it may take a few tries to purge all the air in the lines.
