Question for GasStop users

We purchased two gas stop devices for our travel trailer. When I put them on, the propane hose sticks out and the hard cover doesn’t want to fit over it. Has any of the gas stop users had this issue? What did you do to solve it?

I replaced the hoses with 15” braided hoses. I rotated the tanks in 30 degrees. The GasStops now fit perfectly. The hoses cross over to the opposite side tank but that’s no big deal. I thought I would share the fix in case others have the same issue.

I also drilled a couple of holes in the tank hold down wingnut. A cable lock fed through the holes and wrapped around the tank handles s locks them in place.
