The tank contents are under pressure. The only way to replace/repair the valve is with an empty tank. No one wants to remove the tank and allow propane to escape around any structure or vehicle. BOOM. Most suppliers do not want to remove a working tank more than 15% remaining.

Right. I'm trying to empty it out by running heat in my coach. I'm just over 1/4 tank according to gauge on tank. LED gauge inside on panel its still saying it 3/4 full.

If your home put a big pot of water on your stove and boil it. Dump it out and repeat.

Open a window, run all the stove burners and the heater. That should burn the gas fast.
