RVcool cooling unit

I recently bought a replacement cooling unit from rvcool. I assembled everything and used the welded bracket to mount my propane to however the flame does not line up with the hole in the flu. Anybody run into this and what should I do. RVcool says if I try to bend the bracket it will void the warranty.......

this core was probably bent somewhere in production. how do they tell you to remedy this situation?? did you send them pictures?
