Steps to troubleshoot furnace problem

I am new to RV community and have done much reading and now am doing. I have a 2022 Forest River Sunseeker Class C that is 32'. I have 10K miles on it and have been able to problem solve so far but the furnace has stopped working. It worked in Hot Springs Arkansas in January, now I am in Alaska and it worked briefly, blower came on and now the display lights up but nothing comes on. Where can I start?? The furnace is a Suburban.

Welcome to the forum.

Is this a propane furnace and do you have propane? At what altitude are you camping and what's the temp outside?
