Suburban Furnace SF-35-FQ

I have a Suburban Furnace SF-35-FQ in a 2013 Sandpiper 35-ROK that has stopped working. I can hear the unit click when the thermostat is moved up for the heat to come on, but the fan will not come on. Checked voltage at unit, have 12volts. Removed unit from cargo hole(not easy for an old fat man like me) and ran fan direct from 12v battery on work bench. Fan runs fine. Is the fan control module the cause of my trouble, and can I test the control module it at home?
