Swing out GAS Grill

Hello,

I need to replace a 2018 Forest River Sandpiper 379flok swingout bumper gas grill. Where can I purchase a new grill?
Thank you.
Flo

Welcome to the forum. You could go back to your dealer and check if they can get one for you. Most folks now days prefer to use stand along grills and one that is like by most is the Blackstone grill. There are many styles to choose from tho. Later RJD

Isn't the Blackstone a griddle, not a BBQ grill?

Moved thread from the Sandpiper sub-forum to the Propane Systems sub-forum.

My table top SS two burner grill rocks. Yeah, you do have to put it on the picnic table or on my folding GCI cook station....I was just thinking of these beautiful amish made folding drying racks that attach to your ladder/rear bumper. Very nice. But the Amish have a target customer in mind, and he is rich. I mean, c'mon. Who is paying $300+ for a rack to dry some towels.

You would be correct sir. Not a grill. Big darn frying pan, lol.

What did you get? As an avid griller/smoker, I always enjoy living vicariously through people's new grilling appliances.

A low pressured grill. That will work for hamburgers.

We have been using the Forest River grill included with our 23IKSS AND a 17" Blackstone griddle for the last 4+ years. Both were fueled by the TT's outside QC port. This arrangement has worked well for us...except that the (cheap) grill has finally started to disintegrate.

So...at the beginning of this season we purchased a Weber Traveler RV portable Grill with an add-on cast iron single Weber Traveler Griddle plate. Now we have very portable, all-in-one, grill and griddle combination. When traveling, the grill collapses down to about 12" high and is easily carried in the bed of the TV. This has turned-out to be a perfect solution for both breakfast and dinner cooking. And, because the grill/griddle is portable, when not RVing we put it on our deck with a 20lb tank for cooking at home.

Faulkner 51323 Stainless Steel Barbecue Grille with Disposable Bottle Adapter

I got this from Amazon. It can go on the bumper mount. It also comes with a stand to sit on the ground or table top. And hang on a mount mounted on the side of the RV.
