Only 4 months old and no more then 15 hours of use and sputters after turning on, and turns off after running for no more then a minute. I noticed some sputtering from day one, but didn't know any better. I figured perhaps it's a break in thing, but it's only gotten worse, to where it is now where we can't even use.
how did you get 15 hours of run time on if it turns off after a minute? what type of fuel? I have a LP fueled generator that was having problems. I worked with a generator guy to try to find a fuel problem. one thing he had me do was to remove the fuel line from the lp system and regulator and hook it up to a tank and regulator taken off my barbeque. he said the rv regulators do go bad and if was the case the barbeque tank and regulator would run the generator and the rv lp system wouldn't. it turns we got the same results off the barbeque so it wasn't a fuel issue. turned out to be a internal mechanical issue that caused it to only be running on one cylinder.
