Upgrading to dual tanks

Hello,

I have a new Forest River Wildwood FSX that I want to upgrade to dual 30lb tanks. However, the front setup seems weird. I was at the trailer store today and the owner indicated I'd need to grind the sqaure foot base off to attach the new base (the cage is just bolted in). Anyone else dealt with this setup before (picture attached)?

I would agree with what the tech said.
If you mount the new dual tank holder over the old square plate it will eventually bend. You might be able to just grind down the sides so you don't ding up the cross members on the A frame.
