Take it back and get repaired while under warranty, Somtimes the glue comes apart, could be water though, take and get repaired before it gets worse, make sure you check the whole trailer to make sure there is no more delam,

I had a Keystone bfeore I got the Rockwood, I made the mistake of calling the Delam as minor, when the unit went Out of Warranty the whole front end cap bubbled.

Fiberglass sure looks nice, and is easier to clean....
but I sure love my aluminum sides! (although my Keystone never had issues with delam)

The problem with fiber glass is that there are more things that can go wrong while in production which requires a better Quality Control Program. Things like the adhesive material, the vacuum equipment and the environment in which the work is being performed in ( dirt, temp and humidity control need to be watched ) The aluminum is more durable but I think it is a little harder to clean.
