2006 Rockwood 2701ss leak around skylight over bed

I recently purchased a 2006 Rockwood Ultralite 2701ss. The skylight above the bed is leaking. When I removed the trim inside to examine it a little closer (with the intention of removing it on the outside and re-caulking and resealing the skylight), I notice there is nothing to screw it back into. Its just screwed into the foam. How am I supposed to fix the leak when there's nothing to screw it back to and the wood skin on the foam is wet? I would think there would have been a wood frame around it to support the skylight? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I'd recommend checking with a local dealer. Some of those skylights have recalls.
