2011 Georgetown 360RB, well here is another roof tale.

We noticed the ceiling sagging and since cannot climb on the roof to check it out we took it to Indian River Rv to be checked out. And as we surmised there was a lot of water under the roof covering. This is going to cost a lot. ......More to follow. 😡😱😰

It cost $6k to put a new roof on including new sheathing. It doesn't leak anymore. I am selling it because agent orange is doing it's thing. I can drive ok, as long as I can get in. DW will not drive it, she says it's too big. I don't know what to ask, it only has 9,600 miles. We only go to the local campgrounds. I think I will start low, maybe $65+k. I just turned 79yrs old so maybe it's just as well.
