2015 Coachmen Fiberglass cabover nose cap removal?

Hello! so i had a cabover water leak and rebuilt the rotted bed. i need to remove the fiberglass nose cap to get the bed back in place. has anyone removed the cap before? any hints or tricks to get it off? i removed all the screws i could find. i think the nose cap is glued to the side walls?
