2019 Forest River Cherokee 26ck problems?

I have owned the camper for a whole day and noticed this under it today. This may be expected/common, or is this a problem? First the rear stabilizer jacks are off center. One is closer to the tires and the other side is closer to the rear.
That may be by design. The second is the sagging under carriage. Does that mean the insulation has fallen, or should I just get some metal strips and reinforce that area?

Can't comment on the jacks, but it is normal for the chloroplast to sag in spots. You would probably have to remove and add supports to fasten to if desired.

Thanks, I will put a support in. I think the jacks may be that way on purpose.
