2020 Coachmen Apex "CROSSFLEX" Synthetic Roof Material

I contacted Coachmen yesterday after seeing a post about roof material maintenance. I wanted to know (without taking anything apart to inspect) what exactly I have, what type of rubber I may actually have. It turns out that I do not have a rubber roof at all. Instead I have a synthetic material with nylon banding embedded.

The manufacturer of the membrane is Dicor, and as such it is recommended that Dicor cleaner and UV treatment be used exclusively on this material. I was also sent 4 PDF files that I converted to .JPG images so that I may attach them for other Coachmen APEX series trailer owners to see and save.

The roof material on our 2010 Sunseeker motor home is definitely rubber, so forgive me for butting in here but I want to give it a proper treatment and can not find out anywhere if it is EPDM or the other type. Anyone help here? Thanks!

Couldn't you send an email to that division and ask them what exactly was used in 2010 on that model? I would think that something as simple as an email and wait a couple days for a response and you'll have exactly the answer you're looking for.

that's what I did, I went to The Coachman main website and then went into support and drill down to my series of unit and sent that email to a guy named Ben Kruip who is assigned to my specific model camper. I sent the email I believe on a Thursday or Friday and sometime early the following week I had the PDFs telling me exactly what I have.
