21FBRS replacing vent with power fan?

We have a 2019 FBRS with a vent over the bed. We would love a fantastic fan or Max air powered fan over the bed. Has anyone done this? We would love some advice on how to get power to it. My husband pulled the bottom frame piece off of the existing vent, and there are some green, red, black and white wires that run along the opening for the vent. Any help would be appreciated!

Check those wires with a multi meter. If a pair the same color with one having a traced color on it, that could be 12 volt since romex is for 120 volt. I added one to our bedroom.

I have the 2109S which is the sister camper to yours and I added a fan to that same vent over the bed this past spring. I unfortunately don't remember the exact colors of the wires I used , but when I removed the existing frame the wires went to a light right by the vent. If your close-by light is controlled by a wall switch, then that won't work. That light on mine is only controlled by a button on the light. The wires were white, but I don't remember the color of the stripe. I didn't see any red/black ones in mine, but it's possible those could be for a fan.

By the way, I ordered a retrofit fan from Amazon that converts the vent into a fan without changing the frame or dealing with the roof. It even has reverse to blow air in if I want.
