I'm sure this has been asked before, my searches came up short however. Every year or two I clean my house with one of those spray on cleaners from HD/Lowes. They generally work. This year I used this 30 second house cleaner. It suppose to be safe for every thing. No bleach or anything needed, and its relatively cheap:

So I was wondering if anyone has use this, or similar, to clean their trailer: Roof, awning, slide, etc. I've seen the various recipes for simple green, dawn & bleach, RV specific products, etc. All require you to go up on the roof and sponge/brush. I'm not a fan of walking on the roof more than I have to. I figure they are really designed to be walked on, the membrane is too thin for the constant abuse. So why not just spray and rinse?
I guess my concern is if the EPDM (?) roof could be damaged by these products. The seals would be of second concern. Though both would be treated with the proper protectant afterwards.
Appreciate any thoughts and comments.
Thanks
