Are these roof bubbles normal

Hello,

I just bought my new 2015 Columbus 325RL yesterday and noticed these approx 4 4" bubbles where the roof rolls over the sidewall. Anyone else have these or is this normal?

Unfortunately, it is all too common. Wrinkles, bubbles, etc. Pretty much just a cosmetic issue, but doesn't hurt the function of the roof membrane. Looks like they weren't too careful when securing the membrane on the side. Mine has some wrinkles where the plywood joints are on the roof, but again, doesn't affect function.

Welcome to the forum.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.

Hi,
That would just appear that the "roof crew" did not do the best job in tucking the rubber tight under the side trim or pull it tight front to back. It is more cometic that an issue.
Since your unit is a 2015, I would just confirm that the rubber is indeed under the screw trim and keek an eye on any changes with the excess material "bubbles"getting larger. getting larger.
Your roof will be fine.
