Awning will no close tightly. Will not line up straight. Cannot move by hand. Any suggestions.

You will have to move one end or the other. Often there are small screws holding the awning to the track on the camper. Remove the screw and move the awning just a little and try to roll it up. When you get it right replace the screw as needed.
You can also move the awning in the roller track, but you stated you can't move it. Check it for screws also and try to relieve some tension before you try to move it. Maybe a little lubrication (not WD40).
Good luck!

Can you provide more details? Like make and model of the awning? Is this the original awning to the rig? Pictures would be very helpful.

Does it have the tilt arms as in the picture? If yes make sure they are straight before retracting. This will cause mine to retract wonky if both aren’t straight. Click image for larger version

Also make sure the "Hand Nuts" on the arms are loose when retracting awning. If not the awning will make nasty noises when retracting and can jam in the fixed vertical channel.

More often than not this is caused by the fabric having shifted in either the roller track or the R/V side wall track just as Craig mentioned. Almost always, the fabric in the sidewall track has a screw through it but not always the fabric in the roller track.

The fabric gets "racked" and won't allow the awning to roll up straight.
Once you get it straight, put a screw in the sidewall track and a rivet in the awning roller. There are several older threads on this very subject.
Here is One.
