that does not look like the same motor to me. the one in your hand is pretty much sealed, the one in picture is very open. the van in the bathroom vent is a wet location. Most times a drop of oil on ends of motor shafts and a little forcing until they are free again fixes them for a while.

Can you take a picture of the entire motor?

You might be better off installing a better vent fan assembly with a brushless motor. Those can run much longer, unlike those cheap brushed motors. Cheaper in the long run too.

On my third bathroom vent motor since i purchased my trailer new in 2012.
|
My trailer is new May 2014... I just cleaned my Maxx-aire fan for the third time... Fan still works great, but running it for long periods of time to just draw air into the camper sure makes that fan and fan parts grimey.
I take the shroud off from the inside, take the fan off the shaft, then clean all of the parts that are exposed. It is still quiet and still works well. I don't think I would have the patience to replace the motor, but to each their own.

I don't have the exact model number, It came stock with the camper, two of them, and after this many years they may not even make the exact same one. However I looked up Maxx aire on amazon and came up with the same brand, basic 3 speed fan.
Last time I bought this type of fan in 2015, I installed it in the roof of my Dodge 350 van I used as a Tow vehicle. I don't believe I spent more than $90 back then.
I hope this helps you.
