Bubbles on Roof

I have a 2019 Micro Lite 25BDS that I just purchased. While I was on the roof dealing with a WiFi Booster issue (different story) I notices some bubbling on the roof. I don't have a pic, but the best way to describe it is like when you put a vinyl sticker on your car window and there are air bubbles that you have to work out by ruining at least 2 or 3 fingernails.

There are only a couple of small spots that show this. The tech at my dealership said that this is normal. Is this true?

TIA,
Brenwol

My 2020 2509s has the same thing going on. I made the dealership take pictures for documentation.

Thanks, fonzie. I read a quite a few of those posts and I got two main points:

1. It's somewhat normal albeit a possible sign of poor QA at the factory, and;
2. Keep a close eye on it and document with pics in case it becomes problematic....especially during my warranty.

This provides another lesson for newbies........regularly inspect your roof! That's probably the one spot that even conscientious owners often neglect.

Thanks again,
Brenwol

Another bubble

I have a bubble that would cover with a dollar bill. Is there any repair advised for this? Or a preventive strip of eternabond over the area?

bubbles on the roof don't necessarily mean a leak so no eternabond necessary

keep an eye on it to see if it grows... chances are it won't and might even go away by itself
