Caulk Bubble fix

Checked the roof on my trailer last night and noticed a small bubble as the only thing that looked to need to be fixed. This is a 2021, so i wasn't expecting much. Question is can i just fill in this one spot or do i need to take all this self leveling caulk up and put it all down new? I have read enough to know i need to get some of this special caulk no matter what to fix it.

Self leveling caulk can always be added over existing. General maintenance does not recommend removing the existing material. Good idea to give the old stuff a wipe using a rag just damp with acetone, just enough to clean off any grease.

You could cover all the roof caulking seams with EternaBond and never have to worry about it for 10 years. Though roof inspections would still be required.
