I would suggest Dicor self leveling caulk. You just run a bead along the caulk you have now and it self levels. Pretty nice stuff if you ask me

Welcome to the forum.

Use Dicor self leveling lap sealant on all parts of the the roof. Use Geocel on sides. Never use silicone caulking anywhere. I have also used Eternabond tape first in addition to the Dicor.

I just wanted to add, as other may read this too and assume Dichor is the sealant for all cases.
Although probably not the case for the OP, you should make sure your roof material is the MFG preferred sealant & can accept Dichor. Dichor is excellent and for most RVs and Trailers you will have no issues.
I have a fiberglass roof , Dichor does not stick to my FR3 Roof. Yes it does seal but I can peel it off with my finger's in once piece even after cured. MFG requires Heng's 95502 White NuFlex #311. For some reason that stuff is a bit different in chemistry and will not simply peel up.

Im sure there are more reasons but It will damage the rubber roofs, not UV protectant and will disintegrate quick

You should have roof maintenance paperwork in your owners packet. Read that for proper caulking and cleaning instructions. NEVER silicone.

Thanks. I’m aware of the roof, it was the previous post I quoted said never use silicone on anything that piqued my interest considering there is silicone caulking inside my camper.

The Forest River manual for my 2017 FR3 30DS says that I have a Superflex roof and that only sealants from Alpha can be used on it. That stuff is not easy to get in Canada and very expensive. Has anybody dared to use Dicor on a Superflex roof? What happened?

Try Eternabond tape for sealing the roof...
it sticks to everything and will last a decade or more... no more caulk that dries and shrinks and peels off...
