Cherokee 274dbh 2016 roof leaks

We've had a lot of rain the past few months. We found a leak around the skylight in the shower as the water dripped into the tub on the last rain while camping. We want to seal that and then while up on the roof, resecure the area around the other skylight and bathroom fan. What are your best recommended products to use on this? Thinking of Flex Seal...but not sure what's best. I will also be calling the dealer we purchased it from.

Self leveling Dicor or Eternabond. I would not use flexseal.
