Clean hard water spots - Forest River Wildwood

Hi all. We own a 2016 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen Lite that we keep year round in a resort at a nearby lake. Over the last three years we have had neighbors that would water their grass and get it all over the side of our trailer. It has resulted in some serious hard water spots on the surface and windows that I cannot seem to get out. Those neighbors are gone now and I would like to clean up the trailer but can't find any product to get rid of those water spots that won't hurt the gel coat. Any suggestions?
Thanks very much!

Maybe a polishing compound and buff out. Try a small area first.
