cleaning/restoring overhang front of class c

We have a Coachmen Freelander 27qb. The front overhang decals are fading and we would like to restore them. So what do you recommend to restore the color and how do you get to that area to do that? You can't stand on the hood and you can't reach it all with a ladder on the side.

Thanks for the help

Do a search for decals on here. Some are still available. If you can get on roof start up there.
