corner leaking

Hello,
I have a 2010 Stealth, I have found that the front upper corner is leaking were the corner molding is in the front of the trail near the gutter. I see that not enough butyl tape was was applied when manufactured or the tape dried out. How do you fix that. For now I packed it with more tape.
Further, the water leaked straight down to the bottom of the trailer were the insulation is and that is now wet. I want to ripe that out since it got wet and replace with rigid foam panels.

Sorry for the leak, and if you use the rigid foam panels, you must cover them. Hard to believe the stuff that hits the bottom of your camper. As for the leak, might apply some Dicor sealant.
