What your quoting is a complete roof over lay rolled on entire roof . doing just the seams one really only has to remove old sealant that is coming off and just apply new self leveling to all transitions/seams even going over old cleaned sealant works just fine .

According to their website, 18 - 35 years. Which is longer than most trailers last.

Eternabond says a 10 yr warranty when properly installed. Did my roof seams last summer with it. I believe it will last longer then the Alpha roof material..
