The sealant was $98.00 a gallon and the activator was $33.00 a bottle. I ended up needing two gallons of seal and 2 bottles of activator. The entire material list including paint supplies was under $400.00. I did the job myself although I could have offered $100.00 to my son in law to do it and he would have. It was pretty easy. What your quoting is a complete roof over lay rolled on entire roof . doing just the seams one really only has to remove old sealant that is coming off and just apply new self leveling to all transitions/seams even going over old cleaned sealant works just fine .
